Fun ideas that can be done in the salon and at home.
Jokes about how fashionable manicure selections will soon become “nude than nude” have ceased to be jokes.
Natural nail coatings have become so firmly established in top popularity that in glamorous salons, they will offer you a palette of a million beige, powdery, milky, and creamy varnishes, and if you ask for something active, they will bashfully pull out a fan of colors from under the table with the comment: “Not trendy.” Without exaggeration, one client told how her daughter tried to get a manicure while on a business trip in Moscow.
It’s impossible to talk about the complete departure of bright colors from the list of stylish manicures. Still, today, I propose closely examining what nudes you should wear in the summer to show yourself as the most fashion-savvy among your girlfriends.
Lacquer nudes
If you don’t like gel coatings or, for some reason, can’t wear them, take a closer look at nude lacquer bases. For example, biobases from Tips are suitable for you. These varnishes give the effect of leveled nails that we love so much in gels but without the volume.
They also strengthen the nail plate and do not allow it to dry out, so the nails under such a base will not flake or crumble. The most fashionable shades of the season are soft lilac – for fair-skinned beauties and coffee – for tanned ones.
Cute colors will complement any look made in popular pastel colors and will not conflict with your natural color type. The varnishes have a pleasant staying power for several days.
Nude with crumbs
This effect is similar to the “quail egg” everyone wore several seasons ago. There is one fundamental difference here: the specks are pretty large, and they are not caught from a unique top but are randomly applied in small quantities with a brush.
The base for such a manicure can be completely transparent (especially if the length of the nails is less than zero), or it can be very veiled camouflage – the more transparent, the better. And, of course, it’s chic to cover it up with a matte top with a soft-touch effect. The feeling is indescribable!
Milk beige
“How is that?” – you ask. It’s elementary: a drop of beige was added to a relatively transparent shade of milky varnish. Such a nude may turn slightly caramel, creamy, or powdery, but the essence is the same: it creates the lightest possible haze of natural coverage.
It looks natural and gorgeous. If “transparent” is too much for you, add a pinch of “fairy dust”: choose a shade with a small amount of micro glitter, ask the artist to sprinkle a couple of rubbish crumbs on the sticky layer, or cover it with a top coat with tiny translucent sparkles.
Porcelain effect
This is another variation on the milky color theme. Only the pigment in the varnish should be such that it covers the free edge – at least hides the border of the smile line. But at the same time, the shade should be manageable on the sides and in the cuticle area: this manicure has a long-lasting regrowth zone.
I don’t see such shades in myself, but I have a contrasting color type: dark hair, light eyes, and pale skin. But for gentle, low-contrast, fair-haired young ladies, such a manicure is perfect – it will emphasize natural beauty without drawing attention to itself.
